1. Confidentiality Principle

Jet Duty is designed for clients who expect privacy, discretion and controlled access to information. We treat non-public client information as confidential and seek to use or disclose it only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate the platform, protect users and comply with law.

Confidentiality is a service standard across Jet Duty member, aviation, concierge, hotel, transportation and partner workflows.

2. Information Covered

Confidential client information may include:

  • Client identity, contact information and membership details.
  • Aircraft tail numbers, aircraft profiles, home airports and preferred FBOs.
  • Flight-related timing, locations, itineraries and service schedules.
  • READY, NOW, ONE, PRIVÉ, hotel and transportation requests.
  • Luxury shopping, concierge, dining, hospitality and lifestyle preferences.
  • Quotes, invoices, purchase history, payment status and transaction records.
  • Photographs, before-and-after service documentation and uploaded records.
  • Communications with Jet Duty, including support and special requests.

3. Need-to-Know Access

Jet Duty seeks to limit access to confidential client information to personnel, contractors and providers who need the information to perform an authorized function.

  • Members should only have access to their own account information.
  • Partners should only receive information relevant to assigned work.
  • Administrative access should be restricted to authorized Jet Duty personnel.
  • Internal access should be role-based where technically feasible.

4. Service Providers and Partners

When Jet Duty coordinates a service, we may provide selected client information to a verified aviation, hospitality, transportation, concierge or fulfillment provider.

Jet Duty seeks to provide only information reasonably necessary for the provider to quote, confirm, perform, modify or complete the requested service.

Providers may be required by contract, platform terms or applicable law to protect client information and use it only for authorized purposes.

5. Communications

Jet Duty may communicate with clients through email, account messaging, telephone, text message or other approved communication channels.

We seek to avoid unnecessary disclosure of sensitive itinerary, aircraft or transaction information in public or insecure channels and may require account verification before discussing certain requests.

6. Records and Documentation

Jet Duty may maintain service records, reservation records, quotes, receipts, invoices, provider documentation and service photographs where needed to administer the member relationship and provide continuity of service.

Such records should be retained only for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, security or contractual purposes.

7. Security Standards

Jet Duty may use administrative, technical and organizational controls intended to protect confidential client information. These may include:

  • Authentication and private member access.
  • Database access controls and role-based permissions.
  • Encrypted communications where supported.
  • Restricted partner visibility into client records.
  • Security monitoring and audit controls.
  • Confidentiality obligations for employees, contractors and partners.

No technical or organizational system can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.

8. Required Disclosures

Jet Duty may disclose otherwise confidential information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or lawful government request.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, threats to safety or misuse of the platform.
  • Protect the rights, property or security of Jet Duty, clients, partners or others.
  • Enforce applicable agreements, payment obligations or platform terms.

9. Confidentiality Incidents

Suspected unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse of confidential client information should be reported promptly to Jet Duty.

Jet Duty may investigate reported incidents, restrict access, preserve relevant records, notify affected parties where appropriate and take other remedial steps consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations.
