DISCRETION · TRUST · RESPONSIBILITY

Privacy Policy

Privacy is part of the JET DUTY service philosophy. We recognize that aircraft owners, operators, executives and private travelers entrust service platforms with information that can reveal more than a name or booking. We approach that responsibility with care.

Our priority: To support a discreet experience while being transparent about the personal information we handle, why it is needed, who may receive it, and the choices available to you. Our privacy commitments are supported by procedures and technology as they are implemented and verified.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JET DUTY collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information in connection with our websites, member and partner portals, mobile applications, service requests, hospitality and transportation coordination, concierge inquiries, payment workflows and related communications.

JET DUTY's role may vary by service. Aviation providers, hotels, transportation businesses and other independent partners may also handle information according to their own privacy policies.

2. Our approach to discretion

Private aviation services can involve sensitive combinations of identity, aircraft, location and timing information. Our operating aim is to avoid unnecessary disclosure and to give people access to information based on their responsibilities.

Need-to-know sharing

Service partners should receive relevant assignment information rather than unrestricted access to client history.

Care with travel details

Aircraft identifiers, FBO locations, timing and access instructions deserve heightened attention.

Client choice

We provide a way to ask questions and submit applicable privacy rights requests.

Account separation

Member, partner and administrator access should be governed by appropriate roles and permissions.

3. Information we may collect

The information we collect depends on the services you use and the details you choose to provide.

4. How we use information

We may process information to provide and manage accounts; authenticate users; review and coordinate requests; contact clients and providers; facilitate quotations, approvals and payments; maintain service history; support inquiries; troubleshoot problems; improve service reliability; detect fraud and unauthorized access; and comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Where marketing communications are offered, relevant notice and choices will apply as required by law.

5. Aircraft, itinerary and location privacy

Aircraft identifiers, FBO information, travel schedules and access instructions may be operationally sensitive. We aim to use these details for defined service purposes and limit routine access to those who need them for a legitimate task.

For example, an aircraft-detailing partner may need the aircraft location, approved service window and work instructions without needing an unrelated hotel itinerary or a client's full transaction history. Independent public aviation registries or tracking systems are outside JET DUTY's control.

6. When information may be disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to aviation-service providers; FBO-related personnel; hotels, transportation and concierge partners; platform hosting, authentication, email and communications vendors; payment processors; and professional advisers when reasonably necessary for their work. We may also disclose information where required by law, for security or fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, or as part of a lawful business transaction.

Our intended practice is to limit what a partner receives to what is relevant to the requested service. Partner handling of information may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

7. Service providers and confidentiality

We expect personnel and service providers entrusted with client information to respect confidentiality and to use that information for authorized purposes. We seek to reflect these expectations in access permissions, internal procedures and partner agreements as appropriate. Our separate Client Confidentiality page describes this service standard in more detail.

8. Payment-related information

When you pay for a service, payment processors may receive billing details and payment credentials required to complete the transaction. JET DUTY may receive payment confirmations, transaction references and related records needed to administer purchases or address disputes. Payment partners' own terms and privacy notices may apply.

9. Security

We seek to apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards suited to the type of information and risks involved. Relevant measures can include authentication, account authorization, controlled provider access, logging and secure service integrations, depending on the systems in use. No online platform can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Retention and deletion

Information may be kept for the duration of an account or service relationship and for additional periods reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, financial, support, security and legal purposes. Retention varies by the type of record and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete, de-identify or otherwise handle it appropriately, subject to lawful exceptions.

11. Cookies and online technologies

JET DUTY may use essential cookies or similar technology to support sign-in, security and core website functions. Optional analytics, advertising or measurement technologies may be used if enabled. We will provide applicable notices and choices where required. You may also have controls through your browser or device settings.

12. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal information, or object to or opt out of certain processing. Some requests may be limited by lawful exceptions, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

To make a request, email info@jetduty.com with the subject Privacy Request. We will evaluate and respond in accordance with applicable law. Additional jurisdiction-specific notices or controls may be provided where required.

13. International processing

JET DUTY or its technology and service partners may process information across jurisdictions. Where cross-border transfers require particular safeguards, we will address the applicable requirements.

14. Children's privacy

The JET DUTY platform is intended for adult users and business representatives, not children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our services, please contact us.

15. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy as our platform, partners, processing activities and legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
